Delivery: The delivery section of my coursework focused on using text, images, sound, and

video to delivery information to my audience. For both my report and proposal, I used text and
images to convey my thoughts and ideas. For my factsheet and public service announcement, I
used text, images, sounds, and video to express my viewpoint. By incorporating these features in
my coursework, I found---through the use of feedback from my professor and fellow students--my delivery was effective.
The design and organization of my coursework centered on delivering information in a logical,
organized, and persuasive manner.
