Animal Sight-Word Game

In this game, children will read sight words to find animals that are out and about in winter.
All of the words can be found in Who Is Out and About?

How to Play:
l. Cut out the cards on the following pages. You may want to laminate
them or print them on card stock.
2. Put the sight-word cards in a pocket chart.

4. Have children take turns reading a sight word and checking to

see if an animal is hidden behind that card.
5. When a child finds the last animal card, collect the animal cards,
hide them, and begin the game again!
