With reference to the above subject and to the PLQ Letter ref:
PLQ/PTA13AB/SWA/PM/2015/P2432 Dated 23rd December 2015, Based on
Quotation for the Installation Pneumatic Solid Waste Collection Piping
Works from ENVAC. We are hereby requesting details of the Contract with
ENVAC or UDC for the waste management system. In the UDC letter ref: PF10/PD/HAE/15/PA13AB/5561 dated 21st October 2015 (copy attached) stated
that the existing contract between UDC and ENVAC has expired. We need to
request the Contract to identify the remaining scope is already included in the
initial contract, if not as a client need to make a new contract with ENVAC to
execute the remaining work.
