Respondents
The respondents of the study consist of 150 students and Police
Officers. The distribution shall be 50 High School students from Florentino Torres High School; 50 College students from University of Manila taking up Bachelor of Science in Criminology; and 50 PNP Uniformed Personnel. Findings The following are the significant findings of the study: 1. Florentino Torres High School. Out of 50 respondents, 39 or 78% agreed to the proposal of the PNP to accept high school graduate and 11 or 22% opposed to it. 2. University of Manila. Out of 50 respondents, 2 or 4% agreed to the proposal of the PNP to accept high school graduate and 48 or 96% opposed to it. 3. PNP Uniformed Personnel. Out of 50 respondents, 2 or 4% agreed to the proposal of the PNP to accept high school graduate and 48 or 96% opposed to it. 4. Out of 150 respondents, 43 or 28.66% are agreed to the said proposal and 107 or 71.33% opposed.
