CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL
1. WELCOMING STATEMENTS
At this time, attendees will introduce themselves to the commission and welcome others.
2. OPEN FLOOR AND MEETING MINUTES
At this time, the President will create time to listen to attendees issues, complaints, concerns, or
reports regarding items that concern Oversight and Governing Reform. Meeting minutes will
then be used to close off this open floor session.
3. NEW BUSINESS: ACTION ITEMS
Per sub-commission, the President shall allot time for each chair to state various issues that were
resolved with solutions this past school week.
4. ADMINISTRATIVE: SUB-COMMISSIONS REPORTS
OVERSIGHT
Oversight Chair Cid will give a sub-commission report on oversight.
GOVERNING REFORM
Governing Reform Chair Ramirez will give a sub-commission report on governing
reform.
5. ACTION ITEMS REVIEW
The commission will overlook any assignments compiled together during the meeting in respect
to deadlines and completion times.
6. CLOSING: OPEN FLOOR AND ADJOURNMENT
