CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein
under "Scope and Manner of Services." The Provider hereby agrees to provide the

Payment for Services Rendered:

The Client shall pay the Provider for services rendered with the total amount

of all completed outfits.
Should ever the provider failed to comply with the deadline and outfits, deduction of
total amount of payment will be implemented by the governing officers of the client.
