CONTRACT OF LOAN

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of loan has been made, entered and executed in La Trinidad, Benguet by
and between:

MARBEE A. PIO, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of 171, Bernadette St.,
Dominican, Mirador, Baguio City, Philippines herein referred to as the DEBTOR;

-and-

JOAN H. SIANO, of legal age, married, Filipino and resident of FE 122-A Botiwtiw,
Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet herein referred to as the CREDITOR;

Witnesseth:

WHEREAS, the Debtor is the owner and present possessor of the Three (3) storey
building located at Km. 3, Botiwtiw, La Trinidad Benguet;

WHEREAS, herein parties entered in to this Contract of Loan whereby the Creditor
agrees and hereby grant the Debtor a loan amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,
000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by the latter;

NOW THREREORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the
mutual understanding set forth, the parties hereto have agreed as follows, to wit:

1. That the parties hereby agree that the aforementioned amount shall be paid on or
before March 17, 2018, renewable for the another one (1) year in the event that the
Debtor cannot pay on time;

2. That the parties hereby agree that the Creditor or her representative shall occupy the
second (2nd) floor of the afore stated building, free of charge, imposition or any other
form of interference by the Debtor, her heirs, assigns, or successor-in-interest,
pending full payment of the loaned amount;

3. That this contract shall take effect immediately upon its execution.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this 20th day of March 2017
at La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, for and in La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, this 20 th day
of March 2017 personally appeared the above-named parties exhibiting to me their Valid
Identifications (IDs) with picture above their respective names and identified by me of their

identities to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me
that they have executed same under their free act and voluntary deed.

This instrument refers to a Contract of Loan consisting of two (2) pages including this page
in which this acknowledgment is written, and has been signed thereof by the parties and their
instrumental witnesses and sealed with my Notarial seal.
