What is big local?

Big Local is a national programme that aims to bring together local people who want to make their area
an even better place to live. Teams, Racecourse and Derwentwater have been given 1 million
to spend in the community over the next 10 years

Were holding the first Gateshead Big Local

Annual Residents Meeting, Wednesday
18th June, 6pm, Teams Community Centre.
Itll be a relaxed atmosphere with free
refreshments where people can learn about
Big Local and share ideas about how to spend
the 1 million. Wed love to see you there!
If you want to know more about the
Residents Meeting were also holding an
information drop-in at the Teams Community
Centre on Wednesday 11th June at 6pm. Free
refreshments will be available and itll be a great
chance to ask any questions you might have
about Big Local and how you can get involved.
