Info Tool Regulation Act
OVERVIEW
DEFINITIONS

Officer is used in this bill as a person who works for one of the following agencies:
- Metropolitan Police Service, commonly referred to as MET
- The Security Service, commonly referred to as MI5
- Royal Military Police, commonly referred to as RMP
Any other agency or law enforcement agency that is added to London can receive be
classified as officers in an amendment to this bill.
Service is used in this bill as an agency that is listed above in the definition of officer.
Citizens are used in this bill to represent the people of the United Kingdom. However, this
bill extends to non-British citizens.
SECTION I
Anyone with access to the info tool may use it should they have received it by spawn.
SECTION II
Citizens not under probable cause have the right to refuse an info tool check. Officers may
not arrest the citizen for doing so.
SECTION III
Citizens that are under probable cause must accept an info tool check. Should they refuse,
they are to be given one warning and then they can be arrested.
Examples of probable cause:
- Matching a description of a person wanted
- Being witnessed purchasing an illegal tool
- Suspected of being a terrorist
- Recently committing a crime and suspected of planning to attack again
SECTION IV
Should an officer arrest a person not under probable cause, that officer will be given one
warning before being suspended for one day minimum within all of his/her service(s).
Future punishments shall remain the same. The decision on whether or not to increase or

extend the punishment (can include being exiled) is left to the Director(s) of his/her
service(s).

This act will set a standard to what people can or cannot do with info tools at
London, and future British cities to come. I hope that this will end the cases where people
are complaining about how An officer arrested me for refusing a search.
