Dialogue (25min) - after silent reflection
a. Setting the framework (2 min)
The past few activities probably gave you a
better sense of this group, the individuals in the
room. Now were going to have a dialogue that
gives you the opportunity to listen and share
your experiences (rather than practicing
moderating or question asking). This is for you
to get a taste of what SD moderation can look
like. Its your last hurrah of participating rather
than moderating dialogue, so take advantage of
it! Weve done a lot in the past few hours and
we want to give you a chance to process it all.
b. Dialogue with Sample Prompts (18 min):
What surprised, challenged or stuck out to you? How
did Walk a Mile change the way you think about this
group/community? What questions do you have for
someone else in our community based on the

activities of today? Where are you unsure about how

you feel about these Big 8?
