RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain complete Books of accounts, and manage the
day-to-day activities of the accounts department.
Prepare and Review daily accounting transactions and
movements in revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities
related entries and ensure the accuracy of financial
transactions.
Prepare and review Quotation, Invoice, Receipt, LPO and
Payment vouchers.

 Reconciles records with internal company employees and

management, or external vendors or customers.
Prepare age wise analysis and monitoring customer
accounts for non payment and delayed payment.
Manage & control inventory; maintaining order register,
material inward and outward book.
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; prepare
Trial Balance, Profit and Loss statements, Balance sheet
and other reports as per management demands.
Prepare pay roll and ensure accurately issue pay to
employees by calculating earnings and deductions in
accordance with established practices and guidelines.
Provide time to time information to the management and
assist HR department.
Actively participate and interact with the valuable clients/
delegates.
Liaison with all levels of management, departments,
internal and external auditors, banks, regulatory agencies,
suppliers and customers.

ACADEMIC
CREDENTIALS

Master of Business Administration (MBA) MG University, India.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) MG University, India.

Proficient to use Ms Office, Tally ERP and confident to do any

accounting software.
