JOB PROFILE
Maintain complete Books of accounts, and manage full
spectrum of accounting activities.
Prepare daily journal entries; prepare invoice (Sales and
Purchase invoices) and general ledger account reconciliations.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting
documents or records.
Preparation of Post-dated Cheque list.
Organize various suppliers Letter of Credit.

 Supervise & coordinate in Petty Cash activities for the

company.
Responsible for preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements on a
monthly basis.
Preparation and submission of overdue Ageing Analysis report
to Finance Manager.
Coordinating with Inventory dept for stock taking and
maintaining stock valuation.
Calculate Payroll related calculations including deduction, staff
benefits etc.
Preparation of Trial Balance and Balance sheet upto
Finalization of Accounts.
Adheres to the contents of the Companys overall internal
procedures and policies.
Liaison with all levels of management, internal and external
auditors, Banks, Regulatory agencies, Suppliers and Customers.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Work closely with intercompany partners on intercompany
reconciliations.
