Painting: I am a painter and love to teach the use of color. I am a stickler for using simple palates and learning to mix and
manipulate colors to achieve a desired effect. Simple flowers don't cut it in my art room and I expect the best from my students
when it comes to learning the essential techniques necessary for quality art.
I have also worked as a line cook, waiter, parks and grounds maintenance for Charles County Parks and Grounds,
assistant to a sculpture professor at Virginia Tech for 3 weeks, golf course shop attendant and cart boy off and on
since I was 13, as well as having put in hard wood floors and tearing out walls for friends and family.
