meditation, and martial arts training.
Qigong practice typically involves moving
meditation, coordinating slow flowing
movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and
calm meditative state of mind.

the body involving various methods such as
penetration by thin needles or the application
of heat, pressure, or laser light.

anenergy therapywhich practitioners claim
promotes healing and reduces pain and
anxiety.

by placing their hands on, or near, a patient,
they are able to detect and manipulate the
patient's energy field.
