MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES


Reference is invited to Circular No: BCC: BR: 107: 555 dated 10-09-2015 for
Implementation of Medical Insurance Scheme for Retired Employees.

Vide notice dated 20-11-2015, it was advised that retired employees should
upload their photograph in IBA Site on or before 7-12-2015 without which, TPA
cannot print Kit and despatch the same to retired employees.

It is now clarified as under:


1. Retired employees are requested to upload their photographs on TBA Website
for appending on the TPA card.
2. In case, the retired employee is unable to upload the photograph on TPA
website and in case photograph is not uploaded, TPA Card that will be
despatched will be without photograph and the same also would be valid
provided presented alongwith any other Photo ID like Driving License, Election
Card, Adhar Card, ID Card issued by Bank etc.

Branches are requested to bring this to the notice of retired employees


visiting the branch for query on uploading of photograph on TPA website.
