Path: SPRO > SAP Reference IMG (F5) > Enterprise Structure > Definition > Financial Accounting > Edit, Copy, Delete,
Check Company Code > Copy, Delete, Check Company Code
Steps 1 Click on Copy as Icon (F6) to Copy from Existing Company Code

Steps 2 A pop box opens to enter the details,

From Company Code Update the Company Code that you want to Copy from

To Company Code Update the New Company Code that you want to create

Steps 3 After updating the details, press enter. This transaction copies all the general and global settings of existing
company code 9090 to new company code 2010. Press enter to continue.

Click on

Yes In case you have to maintain same Chart of Accounts & same GL Accounts for existing company code.
No In case you have not maintain same Chart of Accounts & same GL Accounts for existing company code.
It means you have to maintain New Chart of Accounts & New GL Accounts.

Steps 4 A) As per above details, if you are Click on Yes, then below screen appeared

Steps 8 Click on Continue or Enter

Steps 9 Finally you have successfully Company Code 9090 copied to 2010.

Steps 10 - Edit Company Code T Code: OX02

Path: SPRO > SAP Reference IMG (F5) > Enterprise Structure > Definition > Financial Accounting > Edit, Copy, Delete,
Check Company Code > Edit Company Code Data > Position > Enter Company Code > Continue > Edit Company Code
