RESOLUTION
This refers to the complaint indorsed to this Office by the National
Bureau of Investigation, WEVRO, Iloilo City against SPO1 JULIUS DELOS
SANTOS and docketed as NPS NO. VI-20-INV-11F-00793 for Attempted Murder.
The National Bureau of Investigation, WEVRO, Iloilo City who initially
conducted investigation of this incident has these findings:
xx Investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 5:40 oclock in the
morning of June 24, 2015, victim HAZEL PUNAWPUNAW together with
his wife MAY PUNAWPUNAW, both residents of Brgy. Fundidor, Molo,
Iloilo City and our daughter, while on board a color maroon private
vehicle Sportage Kia with plate number WDY 320 on our way to the
school of our daughter at Iloilo Chinese Commercial, Iloilo City and while
traversing at Q. Abeto, Mandurriao, Iloilo City passing through Diversion
Road, Jaro, Iloilo City, we noticed one (1) black motorcycle on board two
(2) unidentified male persons acted suspicion and intentionally following
us, prompting me to change direction passing through Jaro, Iloilo City.
Since then, the victim did not notice the said motorcycle until we
conducted our daughter at the said school;

That while on our way to our residence at Sumcio Subdivision, Brgy.

Fundidor, Molo, Iloilo City, passing through the usual route at Q. Abeto
Street, Mandurriaio, Iloilo City and upon reaching at the corner heading
to our residence at PHHC Road, Q. Abeto Street, Mandurriao, Iloilo City,
the victims wife told him that she noticed the said motorcycle with two
(2) passengers that tailing us earlier;
