FACTS OF THE CASE:

That on or about ten in the evening of December 8, 2015, my husband, Mark M. Lopez, with force and intimidation and
against my will, copulate with me at our residence. It all started when I was praying the rosary that night. Mark was watching
a show on a television when he fetched me and proceeded directly to our conjugal bedroom. The moment we enter our
bedroom, I fixed it and lie not on the bed but on a cot. Mark asked me to lie beside him but I refused. My refusal irate Mark.
He throw the cot against the wall that causes me to fall on the floor. I transferred in the bed to pleased and to calm him. He
expressed his desire to deflower me but I refused. By using force upon me, he successfully penetrate his penis to my vagina
against my will.
