GUN POINT ATTEMPTED ROBBERY & ASSAU

INVESTIGATION
On February 18, 2016 at 03:17 AM, Lower Makefield Police responded to the 1300 block of Lexington Dr.
in the Yardley Hunt Development to investigate the report of an armed robbery. The victim, a sixty

year old male, reported that as he entered his garage,
garage a black male rushed in and pointed a ha
handgun at him.
The victim fought back and the subject ran away to a waiting vehicle. The victim was struck on the head
with the weapon and received minor injuries during the scuffle.
The victim believes that the actor(s) may have followed him to his residence
ence as he travelled home from a
business trip.
The gunman is described as being a short black male, approximately 55 tall wearing a hooded sweatshirt. It
is believed that he may have been assisted by a second black male driver as they made their escape in a
vehicle.
Lower Makefield Police remind everyone to be aware of their surroundings. If you feel that you are being
followed call the police immediately and drive to a well lit, populated area or police station.
