Simi Valley, CA, 93065 805-813-9904 February 19, 2016 To Whom it May Concern: Welcome to my senior project! My name is Keegan Heer, and I am a student at Santa Susana High School in Simi Valley, where I have to undertake a project meant to expand knowledge in a field of my choosing. I chose to design, print, and then program a quadcopter, which plays strongly to my interests in computing and robotics. I believe that robotics and computers are the future, and creating new technologies will only improve human existence as a whole. I have been involved with computers from a very young age, and have taken multiple courses both in school and out to expand the programming skills I have developed. Over the years I am planning on going to college and studying computer science as a general course, and hope to specialize in cyber security and intelligence. I would like to get a job involved in professional hacking, but I hope to use the skills I learn to become a cyber-crime professional and stop illegal online activities from taking place. I would also like to explore software development in general, and have already been approached about a potential internship at DirecTV in the summers between my semesters at college. Please, browse my portfolio as you wish and explore the project I took on. It forced me to learn new skills and think of certain solutions I would not have otherwise. Thank you for viewing! Sincerely,
