How will we serve them?
Literacy Block- 90 to 120 minutes
Intervention Time- 30 minutes in addition
K 10-15 minutes
Too many Tier 3 students to schedule into 30 min block, would have to be more flexible and
would hopefully be the time they receive services

-Title Funding
-Teachers with Most Skills should be with lowest readers
-Lowering tier 3 interventions
-Reading intervention for most struggling students is less
-If scheduling is off, EL teacher is observing a mini lesson vs. teaching a group
