Important Notes:

1. Employees retiring after 7/1/14 must have 15 consecutive years of LCPS service immediately preceding their
retirement date to be eligible for retiree health insurance.
2. Effective 7/1/14, the amount of the LCPS monthly contribution to eligible retirees will be the same as the LCPS
monthly contribution to the OAP/Employee Only coverage.
3. Future LCPS contributions will be capped at 150% of the 2014 contribution ($976.00).
4. Medicare rates (one or more person age 65 or older) are estimated. Actual rates will be posted when available.
