Go for Gold: Everything Counts!

We have worked hard as a team to disaggregate and analyze data. We have focused
on the SEs and provided prescriptive small group instruction and interventions. We
have done this very well. We must also never forget to connect that data to a childs
interests, dreams, and hopes. As we prepare lessons and work with our students lets
keep in mind who they are and what they represent. To us they are our kids to their
parents they are their dream for the future. The work that we do every day is so
important that its almost impossible to wrap our minds and emotions around.
Teachers represent hope and opportunity for all their students. I want you to know
that I believe in you! These precious children are our focus today and always.
