acoustic signal, but driver didn't hear because of noisy
music into cabin. A commission was formed on the
incident, which has issued the Act relating to property
damage.

Preventive Measures

1.Establishment of a commission to assess the damage to

property / Repairs, ask compensation from transport company
2.Inform transport company with focus on SIF incident
3.Review Risk assessment, safety induction and leaflet for truck
drivers.
4.Inform the security staff of the safe requirements for drivers
before starting load / unload operations - prohibition of
listening to music devices on the territory of the site
(headphones, car audio, music in the phone)
5.Instruct that forklift drivers should remind the drivers
requirements of safe behavior on the site - in particular, turn off
all music devices and ban talking on the phone while driving
6.Inform about this incident of transport center
