Hi,

it depends if you want to do the Luftwaffe Splinter or the regular Army


Splinter. The Luftwaffe camo has a more greenish-groundtone but the
army one has a more beige-grey tone.
If you want to do the regular Heeresmuster (Splintertarn for the Army),
then you should start with a basecoat of Vallejo German Camo Beige.
You can mix brown or black for shades and add pale grey or white for
the lights. It's a cool way to vary the ground's colour so it looks a bit
more weatherd.
Then first apply brown splinters with Vallejo German Camo Medium
Brown. You can shade/highlight them if you want. Then add some
green splinters (i think it's a good relation if you paint on every 5-6
brown coloured splinters one green splinter).
Then paint green raindrops that always come from the same direction.
