RESIDENT APPRECIATION
We LOVE our residents! And to show just how much, we are celebrating you for an entire
month! Each neighborhood will have its own designated Resident Appreciation Week
throughout the month of March. The schedule of activities is as follows:
March 1-4 (Washington Grove/Monroe Manor)
March 7-11 (Jefferson Terrace/Harrison Villa)
March 14-18 (Adams Chase/Madison Park)
March 21-25 (Jackson Circle)
Tuesday- Breakfast on the Go: 8:00 am 8:30am, Leasing Agents will be passing out
breakfast to residents as they enter and
leave their neighborhood.

info about your neighborhood!
Thursday Gift at your door!

Spring Cleaning Safety Tips
Ready to tackle a few spring cleaning chores?
Dont try to do it all in one day. Its hard to stay safe when youre tired or rushed.
Lift properly - keep your back straight and lift with your legs. Or find a buddy!
Be cautious using ladders and step stools.
Follow cleaning product safety information. Read the label and use as directed.
Keep cleaning buckets out of reach. A child can drown in a few inches of liquid.
Clear away clutter to avoid trip hazards.
Check your fire extinguisher.
Replace smoke and CO detector batteries.
If you have questions about your detectors, please contact maintenance.
