Educated up to 27 students in all subject areas. Designed, differentiated, and
instructed lessons daily. Arranged differentiated learning centers for language arts and
mathematics. Administrated and analyzed student data through STAR Reading,
AIMSWEB, and DRA 2 to determine appropriate RIMP interventions for 15 students.
Integrated interactive whiteboard technology into all subject areas. Constructed the
classroom environment. Implemented a classroom management plan with rewards and
consequences. Collaborated with grade level teachers in the creation of lessons and
common assessments and organization of content.
