Our children are fortunate to have Mr. Bogacz and Mrs. Barron for teachers. They
both go the extra mile and for that we are truly grateful! There is a great staff at
Bonduel Elementary School who go out of their way to help students succeed.
Thank you for making Bonduel Elementary School a great place to learn and have
fun.

The School District of Bonduel has been more than just a blessing to me and my
familyit has become our home. Living outside of the district when I was first
blessed with being hired as a staff member, the distinction between the larger
district where my children were attending school, and the multitude of opportunities
such as smaller class sizes, the advancement in technology, the loving staff, and
friendly families was quickly and easily observed. My husband and I made the
decision to open enroll our children into this incredible school to provide them with
the opportunities they were so clearly not receiving in their larger schooland we
were welcomed with open arms! It feels as if we have always belonged here. Our
children can be quoted saying, changing schools to Bonduel is the best thing we
have ever done! We are so very lucky to be a part of this amazing district.

Since joining the BES team, I have appreciated how family oriented the staff is. It is
obvious that this school cares deeply about the whole child and their families; this
goes beyond education. The culture at Bonduel Elementary is that of a nurturing
environment committed to creating a community of learners that are
knowledgeable, resourceful, and respectful. With the schools as the heart of the
community, the Bonduel School District epitomizes excellence in education, while
recognizing the power of the home and school bond.

My name is Mary Wudtke. I am a third grade teacher at Bonduel Elementary School.

I am proud to say that I have been a teacher in the Bonduel District for 27 years. I
started out teaching 5th grade for the first 3 years and then moved to 3 rd grade and
have been there ever since. 3rd grade is my absolute favorite grade to teach.
Not only am I a teacher in the district, but I also live here. My husband and our two
sons graduated from Bonduel. As parents we feel our sons received a well rounded
education within the district that helped them to be successful in their college
careers. Our oldest son Patrick graduated from UW Stout with his teaching degree
and is currently at Pulaski Middle School teaching Tech. Ed. Our youngest son Drew
is currently in his senior year at Northern Michigan University where he played
football for the Wildcats all 4 years, has worked for his degree in construction
management, and has accepted a position with the Boldt Corporation after
graduation in April 2016.
I love working in this district. We are still a small town community and school. We
give personal attention to our students and staff. Over the years I have had the
privilege to work with many families in our district and get to know them personally.
The staff is awesome as well in the way they forge to help those in need within the
community whether families are in need of money, clothing, food, or positive
support and praise.

I began teaching at Bonduel Elementary School in 1991. I was a transplant, not
originally from this area. However, it feels like family here and its because of the
wonderful staff and families that I have met and continue to meet. Im really proud
of our school! Through the years we have had many successes but also some
struggles. Teamwork and dedication have helped us through both. The teachers and
our principal hold high expectations for our students and for each other. My
students and I continue to learntogether. I love watching their excitement for
learning, making various connections between the curriculum and life. We build
pathways to educational excellence with personal attention. Its truly a great place
to be!
