today.
• Project can be coordinated with grant
funded paving of Clear Lake and Aspen.
• Uses less city cash.
• Makes area attractive to new businesses.

• Allows enjoyment of benefits sooner.
The loan will be secured by EDC sales tax
revenues that can only be used for economic
development. There is no liability to the

Infrastructure requires long term investment. The following
costs are approximate and based on engineers estimate and
represent some of the typical proposed improvements.

• Entrance with landscape & lighting $ 90,000

• Clear Lake Road landscape, lighting & walks $190,000

• Pedestrian bridge across Jarboe Bayou $167,000

• Aspen West walks, landscape & lighting $148,000

• Aspen East walks, landscape & lighting $140,000

• Pave, landscape & light public parking lot $170,000

• Public plaza $315,000
