papers and clothes. Antonio, owner and driver of the car in question,
was charged for violation of the firearms ban. Are the firearms
admissible in evidence against him? Explain. If, upon further
inspection by the police, prohibited drugs were found inside the
various compartments of Antonio's car, can the drugs be used in
evidence against Antonio if he is prosecuted for possession of
prohibited drugs? Explain.
