Activity 2: The Mission

1. Dr. Jose should squeal the plan to the military because it is never anyone but
only legal trials and justice will judge the hideous acts of the Mayor. There is
proper precedure to send the evil Mayor to justice, not by any violent acts and
wars.
2. It is wrong to kill a bad person because we do not have a right to take
someone's life by our own hands. God prohibits us humans to take the lives of
others.
3. Well, Dr. Jose have the right to reveal or not to reveal the plans to his
superior. Dr. Jose has freedom to talk or to remain silent about the things he
knows.
4. Jose has a right to reveal or not to reveal it as a citizen has the rights to
remain silent. It depends on his hatred to the Mayor. His affliations with the
military affected his moral and thinking about as he pledge to the country that he
will protect the Mayor.
5. It depends on him, whether he hates or loves his relative. It is because our
love for our relative will make us want to protect them and keep them safe and our
hatred to them will make us want them to suffer or die.
6. He should still. It is also for the safety of our relative. It is such a risky
idea and act to abduct the Mayor who have a lot of securities.
7. Despite pledging to the country, as a doctor, Jose also pledge to help and cure
people.
8. He is fair. He did nothing wrong in helping Ka David.
9. Dr. Jose's help to him might be nothing compared to his hatred for the Mayor. It
might be unjust for Ka David to do it but he has to carry on his plans and mission
because his hatred drives him to.
10. Of course.
11. Squealing the plan to the Mayor would serve a as peaceful way compared to the
plan of Ka David.
12. No. If people have something against the law, they should tell it and protest
against it. People have the right to move against the law especially if it affects
them personally and the lives of many.
13. Not telling the authorities would tell that my decision is on the stage 5 or
moral development which is under the post-conventional level. My social perspective
recognizes moral and legal perspective. I may see the legal perspective
questionnable because of the hideous acts of the Mayor. I see it as immoral because
of the evil acts of the Mayor.
