Dear Company Secretary

Following the last board meeting, given the fact that I am now assisting in
dealing some of the financing operational issues facilitating access to finance
from Standard Bank, and pushing Standard Bank to come to the party, appearing
as a board member in Sebatas books compromises the chances of the
application due to conflict of interest. Hence, I hereby tender my resignation
from the Sebata board with immediate effect.
I have discussed with the chair and we have both agreed that my services would
be better utilized in this manner until Sebata is turned around and is back on
track. I will also remain available to work closely with the board as well as the
finance team to further assist in the turnaround of the business.
