1. What do you usually look in a candidate while recruiting?

What type of
orientation or training do new employees receive? What all benefits does
the company offer?
2. What is the growth prospect in the company for the employees recruited
as in appraisal system? How do you give recognition to employees?

leave and continue with higher education like MBA or M.Tech?
