Lastly, the researchers think that this online shopping can be successful to

influences the society because nowadays many people who like to use most of their
time on the internet or websites to search information or purchase product. So, online
shopping is one of the conveniences methods to use to fulfil their wants and needs.
Therefore, the interview and focus group can give a good experiences and information
for the researchers in conduct this proposal.
Overall of the methodology, the researcher will be achieved the research
objective by explore female elderly people perception toward online shopping in
Malaysia.
