COMES NOW, the Plaintiff by and through the
Undersigned Counsel and unto this Honorable Court
most respectfully avers:

That summons have been duly served to

the
Defendant in the above-entitled case and
Undersigned Counsel received a copy of the
Defendant AGONCILLO
MONTESSORI SCHOOL,
INCs Answer, dated: February 21, 2014;
2. That plaintiff has filed its Reply dated
March 12, 2014, to Defendants Answer with
Compulsory Counterclaim;
3. That
the
issues are now
joined
and
therefore the instant case is now ready for Pre-Trial
and Trial;

That there is a need to set the case for
hearing at the earliest possible time most convenient
to this Honorable Court.
