# MINUTEMAN
A REVOLUTION IN LEARNING
Dear Sir or Madam,
am happy to submit this leter of recommendation on behalf of James Crisafulli, a Senior at Minuteman
High School in our Programming and Web Development career major. I have worked with James as his
Guidance Counselor and see him as a courteous, responsible, organized, quiet, and organized young man, 1
will always remember James as one of the most courteous students I have worked with. His teachers have
always found him to be a pleasure to work with.
Minuteman is a vocational school where many students develop the academic, career, and technical skills
necessary to be productive members of a global community. Students spend half of their time in core
academic classes and the other half in their vocational major. As a Programming and Web Development
student James has spent the last four years learning the ins and outs of computer hardware, software, web
development, and systems engineering. At this point in time James is proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
Flash, C-sharp, Microsoft Visual Studio, Dreamweaver, Visual Basic, Python, Java, Bash, CSS, MySQL,
Web Design, and Database Management. In addition to his curriculum at Minuteman, James also had several
jobs as a programmer. Through these experiences James has confirmed his passion for computer science and
hopes to build upon that in college.
In addition to his challenging Programming and Web Development curriculum, James is currently enrolled in
all college prep level academic courses. James is ranked in the 2" Decile of his class with a cumulative un-
weighted GPA of 3.76 on a 4.0 scale. He has always been a very consistent student. James has also enrolled in
summer programs at Bunker Hill Community College for the past two years to help him further develop his,
knowledge of programming. And in his free time for the past 3 years he has spent many hours using the
software program “Blender Animation” to hone his skills.
Lam happy to recommend James. He has always excelled in Programming and Web Development and has a
strong passion for Animation. I am confident he will excel in these areas at college. If you have any questions
feel free to contact me,
Sincerely,
Mr. Dana Farrill M.Ed & Bd.
