3. System Operating Instructions

3.1.

Video Intercoms

The Intercom System is very easy to use. Visitors are to call from the call stations by pressing
the unit number and BELL and the call will be forwarded to the Internal apartment, or you
can use the up and down arrows to find the unit you would like to call.
User manual for the Signo Handset is found in Section 4.

4.0 Signo Handset Guide.

When a call is made to your apartment, the audio door phone will
ring

Simply lift the handset and talk to the door station that called you

To open the door, press the button with the KEY displayed. The
system will automatically open the door from where the call was
made. This will also allow the lift to travel to your level

6.0 CONCEPT 4000 ACCESS CONTROL

The below access control devices will be managed by the CONCEPT SYSTEM:

FDI Mifare Reader located at the Lobby doors, in

the Lifts and the car-park entry.

FDI CARD when presented to the above reader will

provide you access to the door entry or the lift level
you are allowed to go to.

FDI Tag/fob when presented to the above reader

will provide you access to the door entry or the lift
level you are allowed to go to.
