A. Past Events/On-going
Box Tops Mrs. Russel class won the box top contest
Applebees
Talent Show was fun, successful success and well
attended.
Lock In- was a success had was well attended.
New Business

A. SIT Topic Review-next month is Race to

Nowhere/May there will be no SIT meting due to the
meeting expecting to be longer
B. Volunteer positions

1. Staff Appreciation- April 20th New Date
2.School Board Meeting- March 14th 7:00

Cleveland Pub(we only have 6 people so far and
need more people so we dont need to cancel it)
We would like to have 25 people
5. HID Registration April 5th & 6th Laptops are being
used this year for all registration. Volunteers are
needed.
6. Spring Fundraiser-Erin who was representing the
committee summarized that the event is on April
22nd at the VFW. They will be having Mattys

catering, photo booth, DJ, possible candy bar, and

Bakery items. There will be a raffle, a wine pull,
and silent auction.

Principals Report
It was a great Lock In and the kids had fun.
Orchard Lane is being recognized and given an
award for the work with students/families at or
below poverty level. This was for the efforts done
by teachers and other leaders at the school. Mrs.
Fare and Mr. Leuck will be going to Madison on
Monday to accept the award. There was also an
article in the New Berlin NOW.
Jump into the Future will be going on soon for the
elementary school kids. This is an event where
some parents will come into the school and hear 3
presentations on 3 different careers. Registration
for this starts March 11th. This Friday is VIP photo
day. Also on May 9th Mr. Lueck and Mrs. Fare will be
doing a presentation at the School Board Meeting
about Orchard Lane Elementary.
This Saturday is Discover New Berlin which is a
vendor event for families to visit local business and
clubs that are involved in the New Berlin
community. This event is at New Berlin West.
