The topic entitled to researcher is section 53-A of Transfer of

Property Act 1882. This doctrine provides equitable remedies to
a party, including specific performance of an oral contract. The
objective behind choosing this topic is to find and study the
rights and to know the applicability of this section along with
case laws. The research methodology adopted in this project is
doctrinal: data which are used for this project are primary
sources like statutes and case laws and secondary sources like
books.
