Lynn Scott currently is employed at the Burdett Care Center as a Registered Nurse and I have
known her professionally for two years. Lynn Scott is a great employee, co-worker and over
time has become a friend. Lynn was my preceptor for part of my labor and delivery, postpartum
and recovery orientation. Lynn has an outstanding amount of knowledge and teaching skills. She
continuously demonstrates team leadership, communication, reliability, and honesty. Lynn is
compassionate and caring toward her patients. She practices while collaborating with all
healthcare providers in the best interest of the patient. Lynn would be a tremendous asset to any
