    In the exigency of the service, effective immediately, Ms. Bellene L. Ahmad, newly
    promoted Administrative Officer V (AD V), is hereby designated as Budget Officer and Headof
    the Budget Unit.
    Further, Ms. Ahmad is directed to effect smooth transition and turn over of her
    responsibilities/tasks as former Management and Audit Analyst (MAA) and all records and
    other pertinent documents upon assumption her replacement.
