RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
3.1 Introduction
Observations, surveying, computation and design were the primary tools used to
gather data. Data is consist of the feedback of pedestrians and vehicle owners who, were
typically using the road or within the area where traffic occurs. It also consist of the
information about the road, design of the flyover and the computation concerning financial
matters.

3. 2 Observation and Surveys:

The researchers have observed and experienced the great traffic in the study area
which lead them to have this topic. The researchers have surveyed some individuals
regarding to the traffic condition and their opinion about constructing flyover in the area. The
researchers had also consulted the Municipal Hall of Balagtas for the distance and width of
the road that the researchers are going to design.
Also, the researchers conducted research at College of Engineering Library of
Bulacan State University. They also searched some books online to read some topics related
to flyover construction and traffic management.
