FINAL GRADE:
40% - Paper Final on Fri, May 13
40% - PassAssured Final Exam (taken once) Due Friday, May 13
20% - Cumulative PassAssured Tests Due Fri, May 06

4th 9 weeks Grades Pharmacy Technician

PassAssured - Computer Work (Due FRIDAY 05/06)
Your goal is to pass with at least a 90% on each test!
You are required to take and pass all of the tests on PassAssured on your own
time.
Each test must be taken 10 times, and documented with a date, time and score.
(Do not try to cheat as I will cross verify each test submitted/documented with my
access)
An average of all 10 tests will be used as a test grade for the 4th 9 weeks.
The tests are as follows:

Orientation (Due April 04)

Federal Law (Due April 04)
Medical Review (Due May 06)
Aseptic Technique (Due April 22)
Calculations (Due April 29)
Pharmacy Operations (Due April 15)

NOTE: For each time that you do not take the test 10 times, your avg for that test
will be lowered by 1 percentage point.
