Dear Excellency,
I once again extend my warm congratulations to you on your appointment as the
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indian High Commission to
Bangladesh. I was pleasure to meet and talk to you on the Republic Day evening.
I am A.S.M. Mohiuddin Monem, Deputy Managing Director of Abdul Monem Group of
Companies and the Honorary Consul of Czech Republic, Bangladesh. We are one of
the largest local conglomerates in the country with our presence in construction &
zone development, Ice cream & Dairy, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals and IT &
Financial services etc. Interestingly we have more hunger to diversify and form joint
ventures with reputed foreign companies. We already are successfully operating
three JVs with USA, Thailand and Danish companies.
In the current global business landscape, India is one of the most growing key
players. And I hope you already acknowledge that Bangladesh is another Asian
Tiger which is the next investment destination for any global companies. Under the
dynamic leadership of our current government and global expansion phenomenon
of Indian companies, I see a lot of potentials of collaboration between us.
Excellency, considering the prevailing great opportunities, I would like to meet you
soon in your convenient time if feels appropriate. When we meet in person, I hope
to discuss in details the possible collaboration synergies that we can trigger for our
respective countries to carry forward. I look forward to your positive
acknowledgement.
