Analysis
Among the three countries, the highest GDP rate is Cambodia at 8.2 billion USD
while the lowest is Brunei at 5.6 billion USD. However, Brunei contains the most
literacy rate percentage and also has the most passenger cars percentage as well.
Both Laos and Cambodia appear to have very less cars and their literacy rate is very
slightly different. Brunei also has a lot of import and export too with export more than
import. Laos has the least amount of import and export with import at only 0.497
billion US dollars and export at 0.271 billion US dollars. Cambodia has the import of
1.2 billion dollars while export is only 0.821 billion USD.
Hypothesis:
The higher the literacy rate, the higher the amount of cars the people owned.
Conclusion
As we can see from the graph, Brunei who has the highest literacy rate also have
high percentage of cars; while Laos and Cambodia who has lesser literacy rate also
result lesser percentage of owning cars. Therefore, I conclude that, the higher the
literacy rate, the higher the amount of cars the people owned because with high
education, people are able to earn better jobs and better income and therefore, it is
affordable for them to buy a car.
