Biography

Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow met each

other in January 1930; they met when she


was helping a neighbour with housework
and broke her arm.
They were popular because they rebelled

against the government, escaped from the


police most of the time and always stuck
together.
Clydes first criminal act was stealing a

turkey and Bonnies was smuggling a gun


into Clydes cell.

Evil Deeds
Bonnie and Clyde were notorious because they were

outlaws (someone who breaks the law) and for robbing


stores, stealing cars and banks during the 1930s.
By the time their crime spree had ended, they had
robbed several dozens of banks and stores. Many people
were kidnapped and twelve were killed (including nine
police officers).

They were also a very famous gangster couple. They

were very clever and deceiving.

They also kidnapped and killed people.

Redeeming Features
This couple deserves the title villain because they

committed many crimes like killing people, stealing cars,


and robbing stores and banks.
They were seen as villains from the polices point of
view. Many citizens thought they were heroes and some
thought they were villains.

Some people saw them differently because they disliked

the government and banks.


A good thing is that some people admired them for their

tragic love.

Clyde Barrow: 9
Clyde committed many crimes because he was beaten as a
child and he thought that having bad behaviour helped his
problems. But he also didnt stop, he continued until he
was ambushed by police and killed.

Bonnie Parker: 7
Bonnie was also beaten as a child. When Bonnie met Clyde,
she had no criminal records before and she followed
Clydes footsteps mostly because of love and she wanted
to impress him. Even after she knew that they werent
going to get married, she still continued until she got
killed.

When Bonnie met Clyde, she was already married

Bonnies sister was accused of murdering two

police officers.
In high school, Bonnie was a good student with a

natural talent of creative writing and wrote poetry.


A member of the Barrow gang betrayed them and

told their information to the police.
