    Dear Mr. Andrew Neidhardt,

    As per your request, we have reviewed the Rensselaer Union Constitution, Article IX Section 5
    in reference to the term of the current Grand Marshal, which states “All elected offices are for
    terms of one year, except for the freshman class offices which shall be held until the following
    spring election.”

    The Judicial Board has determined that it is appropriate for the 143 rd Grand Marshal to retain
    his office, pending the conclusion of the election of the 144 th Grand Marshal.
