    Decision 13

    The Rules and Elections Committee has agreed to release the results of the GM Final election held on
    April 22,2010 as directed by Judicial Board Decision 6. The results of this election have not been
    certified by the Rules and Elections Committee.

    Explanation:

    Judicial Board Decision 6 directs the Rules and Elections Committee to release the results of the election
    held. The committee has agreed to honor this request from the Judicial Board.

    The results of the April 22, 2010 election are as follow:

    Voter Turnout
    Student Body 1980 out of 6288 31%

    Grand Marshal
    Ben Hunt 1104 55%
    Michael Zwack 795 40%
    Write-Ins 57 3%
