PURPOSE:To intimate all relevant actions for evaluation of supply

SCOPE:All potential sources for supply
The following procedure for evaluation of supplies:
1.

The supplies are checked for its content for reliability for supplies
and suppliers at randomly.

2.

The chemicals are issue to the laboratory only after matching the
pre-defined grade, brand and specifications. If it were not found
as per the defined criteria, the same is returns to the suppliers
asking them the reason of not supplying the pre-defined quality
of chemicals. The records of correspondence with suppliers are
recorded for future reference.

3.

The specifications of the chemicals are checked as specified in

Annexure-4.6.1.

4.

The critical chemicals are checked according to procedure

mentioned in Annexure-4.6.4.

5.

The record has maintained properly for any future reference.
