Report on pharmaceutical operation

If the company has not yet directly or

indirectly sold any of its products in to
Vietnam up to date, this document is not
required. Otherwise, i.e. if the company has
sold its products in to Vietnam, it should
indicate the Vietnamese partner (distributor),
products as exported to Vietnam.

Time Schedule
The dossier would be validated about 6 months from the submission date of proper
dossier.
Validity term of Trading License
- The Trading License shall be valid within 05 years from the issuance date
- Within 01 month prior to its expiry date, the Applicant must submit the dossier for the
renewal
Official fee
The official fee for each dossier shall be VND 15,000,000
